Jameson Stone Law is the people on this page. Daniel Jameson and Ethan Stone handle the legal work between them, supported by a settlement agent, a paralegal, and an administrative assistant. You deal with them directly rather than through an intake team.
How We Work
The Work That Happens Around the Legal Work
Most of what a client actually experiences is not the legal argument. It is whether the closing happened on the day it was supposed to, whether the records turned up, and whether somebody could tell them where things stood. Three of the people on this page do that work, and it is the reason files move rather than sit.
Settlement and Closings
Brittany Johnson is the firm's settlement agent, working the real estate side alongside Daniel Jameson. Having that role in-house is what allows a closing to be scheduled around the parties instead of around a separate title company's calendar.
Case and Office Support
Bethany Cook handles the paralegal work on active matters, from records requests through to filings. Chelsea Miller runs the administrative side of the office, which is most of the difference between a file that progresses and one that waits.
