Brittany Johnson,
Settlement Agent

Brittany was born and raised on the East Shore and graduated from Susquehanna Township High School in 2008. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Management from the University of Phoenix in 2013 where she graduated with honors.

In 2021, after working at a local title office for 8 years, Brittany joined the Jameson Stone team. Brittany’s main role is the firms Title Settlement Agent where she works closely with both attorneys when handling real estate transactions, by ordering title documents and works with the lenders, buyers and sellers and then facilitates the actual closing for all parties. In addition to being a licensed title agent in Pennsylvania, she also is a licensed notary public.

Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and their son, Madden.  She has a twin sister who is older than her by one minute as well as two younger brothers. Brittany loves going the beach as well as trying new restaurants, particularly ones that have a good wine and/or bourbon list!
