Jameson Stone would like to welcome Thomas Kutz to the firm. Thomas joins us as an Associate and general practitioner, focusing on real estate, business law, estate planning, and civil litigation.
Thomas brings an impressive record of community and government experience to the team. We know that Thomas will be an asset to our firm and to our clients as we grow our practice to better serve our community.
Thomas graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School magna cum laude in 2022, having served on Law Review and earning the prestigious ALI-CLE Scholarship and Leadership Award. A central Pennsylvania native, Kutz is a 2013 graduate of Cedar Cliff High School. He graduated magna cum laude from Grove City College in 2016.
Kutz previously served on the Pennsylvania Election Law Advisory Board and has worked in the Pennsylvania Senate Office of General Counsel and the Dauphin County District Attorney’s office while in law school. He has served in various roles in local, state, and federal government, including as a staff member of the U.S. House Ways & Means Committee and as a Lower Allen Township Commissioner. Kutz was elected to the Pennsylvania General Assembly in 2022 serving the 87th District in Cumberland County. In 2023, Kutz was named to City & State PA’s Forty Under 40 list.
Thomas and his wife Allie reside in Mechanicsburg with their two dogs, Camden and Poppy.
